About the Role

TechFilos Technology is seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry & Administrative Intern for a 3-month hybrid internship. In this role, you will manage, update, and convert operational records, ensuring data accuracy across our internal systems. You will handle documentation tasks in both Bengali and English while supporting daily administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Type, translate, and accurately convert documentation in both Bengali and English.
• Input, update, and maintain records in company databases, spreadsheets, and management portals.
• Verify entered data for errors, perform routine cleanup, and maintain proper electronic filing structures.
• Assist team leads with basic reporting, document formatting, and administrative record-keeping.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection standards across all handled records.

Requirements

• High typing accuracy and speed in both Bengali (Avro/Bijoy) and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic document processing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good written communication skills in Bengali and English.
• Availability to commit to a 3-month hybrid schedule.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data entry tools or CRM/ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with PDF conversion tools and markdown formatting.
