About the Role

TechFilos Technology is seeking a customer-oriented Client Relations & Support Intern for a 3-month hybrid internship. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between our company and our clients, handling support queries, resolving service issues, maintaining positive client relationships, and collecting feedback to help improve our software and IT services.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, support tickets, and direct messages across official support channels (email, phone, WhatsApp).
• Guide clients through product workflows, onboarding steps, and service queries.
• Log, classify, and escalate complex technical issues to the development and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate client feedback logs, interaction histories, and support documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• High empathy, patience, and customer-first problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn software product features and explain them clearly to non-technical users.
• Prompt responsiveness and strong attention to detail.
• Availability to commit to a 3-month hybrid schedule.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM software, or live-chat management tools.
• Previous experience in customer support, client communication, or call handling.
